The Swan Lovers timepiece draws inspiration from the graceful swans at the Singapore Botanical Gardens which is one of the oldest botanic gardens in the world and the only tropical garden to be designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The majestic swans, known for their long necks and distinctive curved beaks, are being featured in this timepiece as they elegantly entwine their long necks to form a heart shape on the dial, representing a universal symbol of love and purity.

Exuding a sense of tranquillity, poise, companionship and unity, the Swan Lovers also symbolises the mind, body and soul connection of two lovers.

The watch features a unique sun and moon phase function that rotates according to the time of day, displaying the sun during daylight hours and a luminous night phase representing the starry night sky. Austrian crystals embedded in the case lend an elegant touch to this exquisite timepiece.

The case-back of the watch features the inscription “I Want to Be With You.”,  signifying a beautiful and refined symbol of pure romance, embodying swan-like love that endures forever.

WARRANTY POLICY

BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE offers a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of two (2) years from the original purchase date provided the purchase was made from an authorised BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE retailer. This warranty, however, does not extend to cases, crystals, crowns, pushers, straps, hands, or any changes resulting from use rather than manufacturing or assembly. Please note that opening the caseback, pushing buttons underwater, or experiencing water penetration with our 3 ATM and 5 ATM watches will void this warranty.

To ensure a smooth warranty process, it is essential to retain the proof of purchase and the warranty card. Kindly keep them in a safe place. We reserve the right to decline a warranty claim if the watch exhibits evidence of excessive wear or misuse. In the event a watch requires service, BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE reserves the right to either repair or replace the timepiece at our discretion.

RETURNS

All online purchases are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return your product(s), please contact us via email regarding the reason for returning the item. BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE does not take any responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. 

To be eligible for returns, your item(s) must be unused and in its original condition with product labels and protective stickers intact. We also require proof of purchase, which can be provided by giving us your order number or the email address you purchased with. BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE reserves the right to reject returned item(s) if they do not fulfill the appropriate criteria. Any such rejected item(s) will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
