All online purchases are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return your product(s), please contact us via email regarding the reason for returning the item. If the reasons for returning are not caused by product defect(s), you will be liable for the return shipping fee. BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE does not take any responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
To be eligible for returns, your item(s) must be unused and in its original condition with product labels and protective stickers intact. We also require proof of purchase, which can be provided by giving us your order number or email address you made the purchase with. BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE reserves the right to reject returned item(s) if they do not fulfil the appropriate criteria. Any such rejected item(s) will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued.
Any purchased items made through our website have to be sent directly back to us and cannot be returned at our retail outlets for a refund or exchange.
Once your item(s) is inspected by us and is found to be eligible, you will be notified via email and a refund will be made. Please note that it can take several business days to process depending on the payment method.

Any item(s) bought in-store at any BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE outlets are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, they are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in its original condition with product labels and protective stickers intact. The receipt must also be provided as proof of purchase.
Items exchanged for another product of less value will not be refunded the difference. Items exchanged for another product of higher value will require the customer to top up the difference.
BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE offers 2 years warranty on all orders. During the warranty period, any manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge. In the event repairs cannot be done for your item, this warranty guarantees a replacement of identical or similar characteristics.
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Theft or loss;
- Intentional damage;
- Normal wear and tear from regular use (scratched crystal, discolouration of case/straps, peeling of leather etc.);
- Any damage to the watch due to abnormal use/negligence (knocks, dents, broken crystal etc.);
- Failure due to improper repair and modification to the product;
- Water penetration for our 3 ATM and 5 ATM watches;
- If the warranty card is not submitted alongside the item;
We offer 1 free battery replacement for our Quartz models of up to 10 USD within 2 years. Any subsequent battery replacements will be borne by the customer.
BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE watches are 3, 5, and 10 ATM water resistant. Their protection against water ranges from minor splashes to mild submersion accordingly. We do not recommend you wear the watch while showering, swimming or diving.
BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE reserves the right to cancel any orders that are believed to be fraudulent or considered a high risk of fraud. If the order is cancelled and refunded, the customer will be informed via email the same day.
