Great customer service. I ordered the small watch face based in a review, but I found this to be too small. I arranged a return and exchanged for the larger face watch which looks brilliant. Very happy with my purchase.
I’m absolutely in love with this watch! I actually love the gold strap even more! It looks so elegant and really complements the wrist! A huge shoutout to the support team as well—I had some issues with delivery, and they handled it like total pros! I definitely recommend it!
The design is pretty but execution of the watch does not meet standards. I received my watch and there is an issue with it; the spring or mechanism holding the strap buckle to the watch is loose. Every time I put on the watch, it comes undone and falls off; I'm not tugging on it but you can't expect someone to put on a watch without moving the leather strap! I have owned several leather strap watches and never had this issue before so quality wise - it's a no from me. Post-sale service is also a disappointment. I have reached out on 2 occasions by email (listed on their website) and no response. Buyers beware, at this price point, there are better quality watches with interesting dials.
The packaging the watch came in was very nice and of good quality, the watch itself is stunning, it's feels comfortable on my wrist and I can't stop looking at it. I love the uniqueness of the hands and I have had lots of people giving me compliments on how beautiful it looks.
There is no free return option if you don’t like it after purchase. It is not US based, you need to ship all the way back to Singapore with your own expense if you don’t like that item. Please be aware they don’t have any phone number to reach out and all communication will be via email and they don’t respond in your time zone. I don’t recommend at all.
