Thank you

I had my new watch on and wore a new jacket where the dye had come off onto my pink watch strap. I tried so many products and the colour was still there. So contacted Black By Blue Brave and out of goodwill sent me a new strap as long as I paid for the shipping. I was so happy they did this, thank you.

Great customer service. I ordered the small watch face based in a review, but I found this to be too small. I arranged a return and exchanged for the larger face watch which looks brilliant. Very happy with my purchase.
