Watch Care Instructions and Tips
Leather Strap
- New leather straps may be somewhat stiff. They will soften and adapt to your wrist after wearing for a week or two.
- Store in a dry, dark, and temperature-controlled environment. Avoid wearing in humid conditions (such as in the bathroom, swimming pool), as moisture can cause rusting of the movement, fading, mold, or peeling of the strap.
- Cleaning: Wipe with a damp soft cloth and keep dry. Periodically use colorless leather oil for proper maintenance.
Nylon Strap
- If the strap is too long, fold the end back into the loop for wearing.
- Cleaning: Do not machine wash. Gently clean with soap or detergent (do not use a brush).
Mesh Strap
- Keep away from sharp objects or chemicals to prevent wear. Avoid wearing in humid environments (such as the bathroom, swimming pool). If it comes into contact with sweat or other liquids, wipe clean with a clean towel and air dry or use warm air to dry.
- Cleaning: Gently wipe with a soft cloth or lightly brush with a soft brush.
Watch Crystal
- Mineral glass or sapphire crystal material: Avoid contact or friction with sharp/rough objects to prevent scratches.
- Cleaning: Wipe with a soft cloth.
Watch Case
- Materials include titanium, carbon fiber, 316L stainless steel, and 304 stainless steel with a metal coating. Keep away from chemical liquids when wearing to prevent oxidation or damage.
- Cleaning: Wipe with a soft cloth.
Water Resistance
- Water-resistant watches have a water resistance mark on the back (3ATM, 5ATM, 10ATM, 30ATM) indicating the watch's water resistance. Watches without this mark are not waterproof. Keep the watch away from water to avoid damaging the movement. The crown must be fully pushed in to prevent water ingress.
- 3ATM water resistance: Suitable for daily wear, such as splashes/raindrops on the dial surface. Not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, water-related work, fishing, diving, etc. Excessive water exposure may damage the watch.
- Note: Water ingress or watch damage resulting from the above situations is not covered by the warranty.
Time Setting (Watches without a date window)
1. Pull out the crown until you hear a "click."
2. Rotate the crown to set the time correctly.
3. Push in the crown to complete the time setting.
Time Setting (Watches with a date window)
1. The crown can be pulled out to two positions—one for setting the time and one for setting the date. You will hear a "click" at each position. Pull out the crown until you hear the second "click."
2. Rotate the crown to set the hands to the correct time.
3. Push in the crown to complete the time setting.
Date Setting (Watches with a date window)
1. Pull out the crown halfway or to the first position.
2. Rotate the crown until the previous day's date appears in the calendar window.
3. Pull out the crown to the second position and advance the hour and minute hands until the desired date and day appear.
4. The date window just jumped to the morning time. If it is in the afternoon, an additional 12 hours need to be set.
5. After confirming the morning or afternoon time, push the crown back to the normal position.
Calendar Setting Notes:
1. Do not change the date between 9 p.m. and 3 a.m. as it may not change correctly. In most watches, the gears responsible for changing the date and day are active during this time. Manually changing the date or day during this period may damage the gears in the movement, causing permanent damage to your date wheel.
2. When adjusting the time of a watch with a date window, turn the crown clockwise, not counterclockwise, to protect the gears.
Jewelry Care Instructions
Our 925 silver-plated gold jewelry undergoes impurity removal treatment during electroplating to maximize hypoallergenic properties. However, individual reactions may occur due to different body conditions. If allergic, please suspend wearing and clean the jewelry, storing it in a sealed bag.
Precautions:
1. Remove jewelry when bathing, washing hair, swimming, hot springs, or doing household chores to prevent corrosion from chemicals in shampoo, saltwater in the sea, chlorine in the pool, or household detergents.
2. Avoid contact with perfume, various cosmetics, skincare products, etc. Regular exposure to items containing chemical components may corrode and oxidize the electroplated layer.
3. For those prone to sweating, clean the residual sweat on the surface with a soft cloth before taking off the jewelry and store it in a sealed bag.
4. Wear and use may leave friction marks and traces, which are normal phenomena.
5. During sports or activities that may exert external force on the jewelry, it is advisable to temporarily remove it, as jewelry is prone to deformation or even breakage when subjected to certain external forces.
Maintenance Tips:
1. Jewelry not worn regularly should be cleaned and organized before placing it in a dedicated jewelry box or a sealed jewelry bag for storage, avoiding long-term exposure to damp or sun-exposed areas.
2. Wearing silver jewelry may cause tarnishing. It is recommended to use a silver cloth or silver wash for maintenance and cleaning.
3. Different jewelry should not be casually stacked or stacked together during storage to avoid mutual friction and scratching. Each piece
of jewelry should be stored separately.
4. Before wearing earrings, you can disinfect the ear pins with a cotton swab dipped in a little alcohol. If you haven't worn them for a long time, gently wipe them clean before wearing to avoid allergies and discomfort.
Handbags
Our leather bags come in a diverse range of colors, emanating charm from the brand. The simple and stylish cut design seamlessly blends femininity with the softness of the bags, making each bag a magical accessory.
Precautions:
1. When using light-colored leather bags, avoid wearing dark-colored clothes or denim to prevent the bag from staining.
2. If the leather product gets wet, use a dry cloth to absorb moisture, place it in a cool place to air dry naturally, and do not expose the wet leather product directly to the sun or use a hairdryer for drying. Also, avoid placing wet leather products near air conditioning vents, as the leather may crack.
3. Avoid direct contact of leather goods with camphor and other volatile moth repellents.
4. For stains or other marks, you can use a professional leather cleaner with a glasses cloth or cotton cloth to wipe, or use an eraser first, then apply a little cleaner and wipe with a softer cloth.
5. If the bag has rivets or other metal decorations, be careful during cleaning to avoid rusting of the metal parts, damaging the overall appearance of the bag. Pay attention to the oxidation of zippers; you can apply a layer of white oil or colored oil on the zipper. In the absence of oil, a candle can be used.
Care Instructions:
1. Wipe the dust off the bag regularly with a clean cloth or other cleaning supplies. Do not use water or cleaners to avoid corrosion of the bag surface.
2. When not using the bag, it is best to place it in a dust bag. You can stuff the bag with some newspapers or old clothes to support it, then put it in a clean dust bag or paper box for storage.
3. Be careful not to fold or press the bag, avoiding creases or cracks.
Sunglasses
Our sunglasses always stand at the forefront of fashion trends, providing customers with products that combine aesthetics and a quality wearing experience through exquisite design and craftsmanship.
Precautions:
1. When glasses are dirty, hold the center beam of the glasses with your hand and rinse with water. If there is more grease and dirt on the surface, it is recommended to use a low-concentration neutral detergent. Gently rub with your hands and rinse with tap water. Excess water can be gently absorbed with a tissue in the same direction before wiping dry with a specialized glasses cloth.
2. Do not wipe the glasses back and forth with tissues or clothes during cleaning, as they may contain many small particles that can easily wear out the lenses, reducing the lifespan of the glasses. The correct method is to rinse off the small particles on the glasses with water. If there is no water, a clean specialized lens cloth can be used to gently pat away dust, and then be sure to hold the frame edge silk when wiping one side of the lens in the same direction, avoiding excessive force and damage to the frame or lens.
3. If the frame is placed in a high-temperature environment for a long time, under intense sunlight, or in an environment with large temperature changes, it may cause fading of the frame, cracking of the lens coating, or distortion due to thermal expansion. Pay attention to the oxidation of the zipper; you can apply a layer of white oil or colored oil on the zipper. In the absence of oil, a candle can be used.
4. It is not recommended to wear sunglasses for intense sports such as playing ball games, as resin lenses may break under strong impact, causing damage to the eyes and face. The glasses frame is also prone to collision and breakage, which cannot be repaired.
Care Instructions:
1. When temporarily placing sunglasses, it is best to place them with the convex side facing up. If the convex side is facing down, it is likely to scratch the lenses. If not worn for a long time, the sunglasses should be packed in a dustproof bag. If you accidentally sit on or press the sunglasses for a long time, they may be damaged.
2. Avoid contact with perfumes, various cosmetics, and skincare products. If these items containing chemical components are frequently touched, it may corrode the lenses.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with product tags and protective stickers intact. We also require proof of purchase, which can be provided by giving us your order number or the email address you used for the purchase.
BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE reserves the right to refuse returns for products that do not meet appropriate standards. Any items rejected will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
Items purchased through our website must be returned directly to us and cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail stores.
Once your items have been inspected and meet the conditions, we will notify you via email or online customer service and proceed with the refund. Please note that depending on the payment method, it may take several working days to process.

In-Store/Retail
Any items purchased in any BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE store are not eligible for return or refund. However, they can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with product tags and protective stickers intact. A receipt must also be provided as proof of purchase.
If exchanging for a lower-value item, the price difference will not be refunded. If exchanging for a higher-value product, the customer will need to pay the price difference.
Warranty Policy
If purchased from an authorized BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE retailer, BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE provides a limited warranty for watches (24 months), sunglasses (12 months), jewelry (12 months), and handbags (6 months) from the original purchase date.
For watches, the movement and components are covered for normal use during the 24-month warranty period. This warranty does not cover changes to the case, crystal, crown, strap, hands, battery life, or any changes due to use rather than manufacturing or assembly. Please note that opening the case, pressing buttons underwater, or exposing our 3 ATM and 5 ATM watches to water infiltration will void this warranty.
For sunglasses, frames and lenses are covered for normal use during the 12-month warranty period. This warranty does not cover frame and lens breakage, scratches, or obvious external wear issues.
For jewelry, the main body, chain, and accessories are covered for normal use during the 12-month warranty period. This warranty does not cover main body, ceramic and crystal accessories breakage, stone loss, surface scratches, plating fading, or obvious external wear issues.
For handbags, this warranty does not cover leather dyeing, scorching, cutting, pen marks, scratches, wetting, crushing deformation, or obvious external wear issues.
To ensure a smooth warranty process, please retain your purchase receipt and warranty card. Keep a copy of your receipt in a safe place. Signs of excessive wear or misuse may result in the denial of warranty claims. If a watch requires repair, BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace the watch.
Disposal of Electronic Devices
The trash bin symbol marked with an "X" is intended to remind you that electronic devices, batteries, and accumulators labeled with this symbol should not be disposed of with household waste. If items cannot be reused or recycled, they should be taken to a municipal waste disposal point or government recycling station. Consumers play a crucial role in reducing the environmental impact of such items by reusing or recycling discarded electronic devices and batteries. Some batteries, accumulators, and certain components of electronic devices may contain hazardous substances. Improper disposal may harm the environment and pose risks to human health.
Batteries
If you decide to have the watch battery replaced by a third-party service provider other than BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE, as long as the replacement is carried out by a qualified and legal watch service center or watch repair shop, your warranty will remain valid.
However, please note that BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE reserves the right to decide whether any third-party battery replacement affects the scope of the warranty.

2. Limitations of the Limited Warranty (Not Covered)
(1) Fading of metal plating, aging and breakage of plastic, scratches on quartz crystals, mirror damage, as well as normal external wear and tear, and human damage;
(2) Leather dyeing, scorching, cutting, pen
marks, scratches, wetting, crushing deformation;
(3) Battery life;
(4) Water damage to watches due to non-compliance with the corresponding water-resistant markings on the watch, accompanying instructions, or user guides;
(5) Damage caused by accidents, improper use or operation of watch components or accessories, failure to comply with the instructions or user guides accompanying the watch, carelessness, misuse, abuse, wear and tear, tearing, or damage for reasons other than defects in watch components or manufacturing processes;
(6) Damage occurring after the expiration of the warranty period.
3. Return and Exchange Notes
(1) Please communicate with our customer service representative before returning or exchanging, providing detailed reasons to facilitate effective problem resolution.
(2) Fill out the return or exchange registration information when returning or exchanging, and include it with the goods.
(3) Please maintain the integrity of the product (including hangtags, labels, etc.), accessories, and packaging, without affecting the secondary sales of the product.
