To be accepted, returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all product labels and protective stickers intact. Proof of purchase is required, and items that do not meet our return requirements may be rejected.

BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE is not responsible for any items lost during return shipping. Online purchases must be returned directly to our online store and cannot be refunded or exchanged at retail outlets.

Warranty

BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE provides a limited two‑year warranty covering manufacturing defects and material defects for watches purchased from authorised retailers. Sale items are covered by a six‑month warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, water damage due to improper use, or damage to external components such as cases, crystals, crowns, pushers, straps, and hands.

Proof of purchase and warranty documentation are required for all warranty claims. BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE reserves the right to inspect and determine warranty eligibility and may repair or replace the watch at its discretion.

To maintain your watch’s condition, avoid exposing leather straps to water and do not wear watches in hot tubs, showers, saunas, or steam rooms, regardless of water resistance level.
