Introduction

These terms of use governs your purchases from, and your use of the www.blackbybluebrave.com website. By making a purchase from and using this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our website.

Payment

Pay with your Visa, AMEX, MasterCard, JCB or Paypal securely over the Internet. For any questions regarding our online purchase, please contact us at sales@blackbybluebrave.com

Confirmation

Once we have received your order we will send a notification to your email address. It is therefore essential that you enter the correct email address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.

Warranty

Warranty terms: 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the "contact us" page. You need to specify your name, email address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, submit the message.

Note that repairs/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.

a. Failure or damages caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal etc.)

b. Failure or damages caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.

c. Failure or damages caused by fire, water or a natural disaster such as an earthquake.

d. Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear, tear and aging (minor scratches on the case or crystal, alteration of the colour on the wristband and the peeling of the plating.)

e. In case the retail store and the purchase date are not indicated on the Warranty or if this information has been rewritten.

f. If the Warranty is not submitted along with the watch. Battery replacement will be charged even during the warranty term.

The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts of the watch may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.

This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

You have the right to exchange any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days.

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the watch received. A product may only be exchanged for a product of the same or lesser value. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, a return must be made and we will issue a full refund within 15 working days. You are able to place a new order for the correct item at your own convenience. Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for an exchange to be made; product(s) cannot be exchanged in a local retail store. Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us. However, BlackByBlueBrave will cover the shipping costs when shipping the exchanged item to you.

BlackByBlueBrave does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

BlackByBlueBrave has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice.

Complaints Terms

It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered or you shall also contact us within 30 days.

Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to BlackByBlueBrave should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, fees in shipping return will be charged. BlackByBlueBrave has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.
