This December 3rd, BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE had the honour of participating in the Christmas Market at the British High Commission in Singapore. It was an event we had been invited to 6 months ago, and today, as we stood among the many international brands and creators, the experience felt both meaningful and encouraging.
This year’s Christmas Market brought together local businesses and members of the British community, offering a space for brands to share their work. The event was open to staff, families, and partners from the British High Commission, British Council, U.S. Embassy, and Australian High Commission, with an expected turnout of around 170–200 guests. As a fully non-commercial initiative—with no booth fees or commissions—it served as a meaningful platform for connection, cultural exchange, and festive celebration.
For us, this was not just a sales opportunity. It was a moment of recognition: a reminder that our brand is seen, appreciated, and supported by communities beyond Singapore. To be featured by such an international institution reflects the growing global interest in our designs, especially those inspired by cultural heritage and modern design.
Our watches and jewellery draw from stories, symbols, and inspirations across different cultures. At the Christmas Market, surrounded by people from various countries and backgrounds, this philosophy felt especially alive. Participating in this market carries a big meaning. It encourages us to continue creating pieces that celebrate culture, craftsmanship, and individuality. And it reminds us why we started: to build a brand that connects people through meaningful design.
We are grateful for the invitation, the support, and the recognition. And we look forward to bringing more stories and beauty to your everyday moments.
