RETURN POLICY

ONLINE STORE

All online purchases are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return your product(s), please contact us via email regarding the reason for returning the item. If the reasons for returning are not caused by product defect(s), you will be liable for the return shipping fee. BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE does not take any responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. 

To be eligible for returns, your item(s) must be unused and in its original condition with product labels and protective stickers intact. We also require proof of purchase, which can be provided by giving us your order number or the email address you purchased with. BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE reserves the right to reject returned item(s) if they do not fulfill the appropriate criteria. Any such rejected item(s) will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

Any purchased items made through our website have to be sent directly back to us and cannot be returned at our retail outlets for a refund or exchange. 

Once your item(s) is inspected by us and is found to be eligible, you will be notified via email, and a refund will be made. Please note that it can take several business days to process, depending on the payment method. Please choose a courier and a method that allows you to track the package. We recommend insuring the watch for its full replacement value. BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE is not responsible if the return parcel is lost. 

**Please note that the maximum claim amount for return shipping cannot exceed $50 USD.**

INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS:

In the event that a parcel is not delivered or is delayed due to an incomplete address provided by the customer, and if the customer decides to cancel the order, please note that the customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping costs incurred.

IN-STORE/RETAIL

Any item(s) bought in-store at any BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE outlets are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, they are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in its original condition with product labels and protective stickers intact. The receipt must also be provided as proof of purchase.

Items exchanged for another product of less value will not be refunded the difference. Items exchanged for another product of higher value will require the customer to top up the difference.

WARRANTY POLICY

BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE offers a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of two (2) years from the original purchase date provided the purchase was made from an authorised BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE retailer. For sales items, the warranty period is 6 months. This warranty, however, does not extend to cases, crystals, crowns, pushers, straps, hands, or any changes resulting from use rather than manufacturing or assembly. Please note that opening the caseback, pushing buttons underwater, or experiencing water penetration with our 3 ATM and 5 ATM watches will void this warranty.

To ensure a smooth warranty process, it is essential to retain the proof of purchase and the warranty card. Kindly keep a copy of your receipt in a safe place. We reserve the right to decline a warranty claim if the watch exhibits evidence of excessive wear or misuse. In the event a watch requires service, BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE reserves the right to either repair or replace the timepiece at our discretion.

WARRANTY & REPAIR SERVICE

For warranty or after-sales service inquiries, please reach out to us at sales@blackbybluebrave.com. During the warranty period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified free of charge. Should repairs not be feasible, rest assured that this warranty guarantees a replacement with identical or similar characteristics. BATTERY

In case of a battery replacement, you can visit a local jewellery or watch repair shop. We are delighted to offer one (1) free battery replacement for our Quartz models within the first two years, with a maximum cost of up to 10 USD. Any subsequent battery replacements will be the responsibility of the customer.

Should you decide to have your watch battery replaced by a third-party service provider other than BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE, your warranty will remain valid as long as the replacement is performed by a competent and legitimate watch service centre or watch repair shop. However, please be aware that BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE retains the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any third-party battery replacement affects the warranty coverage.

WATCH CARE TIPS

For timepieces with leather bands, we advise against exposing them to water, as it may damage the genuine leather. Please bear in mind that regardless of water resistance, the watch should never be worn in hot tubs, showers, saunas, or steam rooms.

WATER RESISTANCE

To help you understand the water resistance of your watch under normal circumstances, here is a quick reference guide:

3 ATM: Should not be submerged in water.

5 ATM: Splash Resistant. Suitable for washing hands or light rain.

10 ATM: Water Sports. Suitable for swimming, surfing, etc.

30 ATM: Scuba Diving. Suitable for extreme ocean depths.

FRAUDULENT ORDERS

BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE reserves the right to cancel any orders that are believed to be fraudulent or considered a high risk of fraud. If the order is cancelled and refunded, the customer will be informed via email the same day.
