The design is inspired by the Jewel Rain Vortex in Singapore's landmark Changi Airport — the world's largest and highest indoor waterfall. The open glass canopy gradually narrows from top to bottom; an endless cascade continues the structure in liquid form; the whole design introduces natural sunlight into an indoor area and refracts it to every corner, exuding a glorious and dazzling light.
The Rain Vortex is a professional watch that can withstand 100 meters of waterproof performance. The case back is made of a titanium material which is durable and lightweight. Rain Vortex uses the 8215 automatic movements, and the rotor is developed by the Grandi family of Switzerland, with a power reserve of 48 hours.
The sophisticated design reflects Singapore's values, such as openness, inclusivity, multiculturalism, and resilience. These values have helped to form modern-day Singapore.

RETURN AND REFUND
We offer FREE returns on all qualified orders! Kindly noted that you are responsible for the returning shipment fee if not caused by the product quality.
If the customers didn’t cut the product label or the product can be resold though it has been worn and any brand new product you have purchased directly from our website can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product. Please contact us to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. 4B Watches does not take responsibility for any products lost during the return shipping.
Any credit due as a result of a return shipment will be fully refunded to the account that the buyer used to pay the original order. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the refunds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
WARRANTY AND REPAIR
4B Watches offers 2 years warranty on all orders.
The warranties guarantee the buyer that the products meet the standards of usability, reliability and durability. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). The warranties do not apply in case of:
- Theft or loss;
- Intentional damage;
Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases.
- Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal etc.)
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.
- Failure or damage caused by fire, water or a natural disaster such as an earthquake.
- Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear, tear and aging (minor scratches on the case or crystal, alteration of the colour on the wristband and the peeling of the plating).
- If the Warranty is not submitted along with the watch.
- Battery replacement will be charged.
The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts of the watch may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available. This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term and shall not restrict any lawful right of the customer. 4B Watches are made of sapphire crystal glass and basically impossible to scratch.
4B Watches are 5 ATM water resistant: this terms that the watch is protected against minor splashes of water. We do not recommend you wear the watch during showering, bathing, swimming or diving.
Shipping costs for a return shipment after a warranty request or repair request (for defects occurring after the buyer has used the product), will be borne by the buyer. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please fill in the below form. You need to specify your name, email address, order number, a detailed description of the issue at hand and at least one photo to display the product. Finally, submit the message. We will process it within 48 working hours.
