Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To achieve daily sales target and keep track of daily sales
- Oversee the day to day operations of the boutique and to ensure strict compliance with company’s operational procedure
- Build relationships with every customer by offering suggestions, recommendations, and alternatives
- Provide excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image
- Be responsible of planning of monthly roster to ensure daily smooth operations
- Ensure timely submission on monthly attendance reports, sales reports
- Provide & identify areas for staff training and development
- Work closely with Management on sales activity and be part of store events
- Responsible for inventory management, movements and inform the management of any discrepancies
- Responsible for visual merchandising
- Maintain boutique cleanliness and tidiness, grooming and appearance of all areas
Job Requirements:
- 5 years retail experience in supervisory level will be preferred
- Good command in English and Mandarin (communicate with mandarin speaking clients)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Adequate computer literacy and proficient with Excel
- Good oral communication & interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, mature, and good team player
- Able to work retail hours; 2 days off per week
