Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

  • To achieve daily sales target and keep track of daily sales
  • Oversee the day to day operations of the boutique and to ensure strict compliance with company’s operational procedure
  • Build relationships with every customer by offering suggestions, recommendations, and alternatives
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image
  • Be responsible of planning of monthly roster to ensure daily smooth operations
  • Ensure timely submission on monthly attendance reports, sales reports
  • Provide & identify areas for staff training and development
  • Work closely with Management on sales activity and be part of store events
  • Responsible for inventory management, movements and inform the management of any discrepancies
  • Responsible for visual merchandising
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and tidiness, grooming and appearance of all areas

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years retail experience in supervisory level will be preferred
  • Good command in English and Mandarin (communicate with mandarin speaking clients)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Adequate computer literacy and proficient with Excel
  • Good oral communication & interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven, self-motivated, mature, and good team player
  • Able to work retail hours; 2 days off per week
