Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare full set of accounts
- Update store sales figure in daily sales report and update cash bank-indaily
- Assist in import, export and retail tax declaration, and solve tax related problems
- Review monthly bank statements and ensure all billing transactions are timely accounted for month-end and year-end closing
- Ensure all payments and receipts are properly authorized and recorded
- Preparation and submission of monthly GTO for landlord upon request
- Liaise with other department colleagues and suppliers (where necessary)
- Organize payment vouchers and assist in annual tax filing
- Assist in month end closing
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountany orat least 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred in retail field
- Able to work independently and strong sense of responsibility
- Be meticulous and organised
- Knowledge in accounting statement processing, accounting regulations and tax system
- Knowledge of MS Office (Vlookup, pivot table, formula etc) will be an advantage
- Abilityto prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Able to communicate in Mandarin to liase with overseas mandarin speaking colleagues
- Immediate availability preferred
- Singaporeans or PR only
