Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare full set of accounts
  • Update store sales figure in daily sales report and update cash bank-indaily
  • Assist in import, export and retail tax declaration, and solve tax related problems
  • Review monthly bank statements and ensure all billing transactions are timely accounted for month-end and year-end closing
  • Ensure all payments and receipts are properly authorized and recorded
  • Preparation and submission of monthly GTO for landlord upon request
  • Liaise with other department colleagues and suppliers (where necessary)
  • Organize payment vouchers and assist in annual tax filing
  • Assist in month end closing
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountany orat least 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred in retail field
  • Able to work independently and strong sense of responsibility
  • Be meticulous and organised
  • Knowledge in accounting statement processing, accounting regulations and tax system
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Vlookup, pivot table, formula etc) will be an advantage
  • Abilityto prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin to liase with overseas mandarin speaking colleagues
  • Immediate availability preferred
  • Singaporeans or PR only
