We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse will process your order within the following business day.

You should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Packages are not transported on weekends and local public holidays. Kindly note that the delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors outside of BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE’s and its courier’s control.

These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays etc. Additionally, please note that during periods of promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Can I Update Or Cancel My Order Once I Have Placed It?

You won't be able to amend your delivery info once your order is placed. Fret not, please contact us here and we'll do whatever we can to help!

Note: Shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments, but we promise we'll try our best to minimise this.

Taxes & Duties

If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible for covering the fees before delivery can proceed.

Duty Delivered Unpaid

Shipping fees paid during checkout do not include taxes and import duties. Your parcel may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations. If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible for covering the fees before delivery can proceed.

If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.

Where can I find information on taxes and import duties? To avoid unplanned costs, estimates on customs & duties may be found here. The information provided in the link or on our website regarding taxes or import duties should only be used as a reference. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, it is best to check with your local customs office before placing an order. If you need an item urgently, we recommend swinging by one of our stores ASAP to make a purchase. How can I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail from BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE containing your package’s tracking information after your goods have been shipped. To track your package, simply use the tracking number on the courier website.

You can also contact us and we will check the order and delivery status for you.

I have received the wrong product/size. What should I do?

If you receive your package and it is not as you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.

What happens if I missed my delivery?

After 3 delivery attempts, or if it has exceeded 21 days from the dispatch date, whichever is earlier, your package will be returned to Singapore for a refund within 7 working days.

Why was my order cancelled?

BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE reserves the right to cancel any orders that are believed to be fraudulent or considered a high risk of fraud. If the order is cancelled and refunded, the customer will be informed via email the same day.
